Health Club Membership - Overnight Stay Voucher 2022 Terms & Conditions
• The Free Overnight Stay Voucher* will be issued to qualifying members who joined on a 7 Day Membership at Fawsley Hall Hotel between May – December 2021. Members to whom this does not apply will not be eligible.
• Qualifying joiners/members must have been a member on a direct debit for a minimum of 3 months to be eligible.
• This offer is not available to returning members who have cancelled a previous Hand Picked Health Club membership in the last 3 months.
• One Free Overnight Stay Voucher will be issued per joint membership.
• *The Free Overnight Stay Voucher is valid for an overnight bed and breakfast stay at Fawsley Hall Hotel for up to 2 adults sharing (over 18’s only), Sunday to Thursday in a Classic Double or Twin bedroom only and is redeemable for stays between 1st February 2022 and 31st July 2022 only, subject to availability.
• Free Overnight Stay Vouchers will be issued by the 31st January 2022 to the qualifying joiners/members directly from their Health Club Team.
• Qualifying joiners/members must be current members at the time of the vouchers being issued and must not be in arrears.
• The Free Overnight Stay Voucher may not be used by cancelled members, members who are in arrears or members who change their membership plan. Members who opt to cancel or amend their membership are required to complete their stay before their membership lapses or changes after which time the voucher is void. Members in arrears must restore their balance before using their voucher.
• The Free Overnight Stay Voucher is non-transferrable, is valid for one stay only and will be subject to flexible booking terms.
• The Free Overnight Stay Voucher has no cash value and may not be used in exchange for any other Hand Picked services
• The Free Overnight Stay Voucher must be presented on arrival at the main hotel Reception; photocopies or voucher numbers alone will not be accepted and if misplaced or destroyed vouchers will not be re-issued.
• Reservations made using the Free Overnight Stay Voucher will be cancelled without notice if these terms and conditions are not met.
