What should I wear for my induction?
Members are encouraged to wear comfortable gym clothes for their induction.
What should I wear for classes?
Comfortable loose clothing with soft rubber soled training shoes. Black sole shoes are not permitted in the studio.

What are the opening times?
Monday to Thursday 6.30am – 9.30pm
Friday 6.30am - 8.30pm
Saturday and Sunday 7.30am - 8.30pm
Can I get food and drink?
Food and drink are available in the main hotel
What classes do you have?
Can I use the facilities if I am not a member?
We are a private members club. You can book a spa day pass via the spa reception.
Are children allowed in the pool?
Hotel residents' children can use the swimming pool between 8.30am-10am and 3pm-4.30pm Monday to Sunday. Our pool has no lifeguards therefore children must be supervised by an adult at all times. (Maximum 2 children per adult.)
Are children allowed in the club?
Children 16 – 17 can swim through adult only sessions but must be accompanied by a responsible adult. They can also use the cardiovascular equipment and sauna, steam room, hydropool, only when accompanied by a responsible adult.
Do you have disabled access?
Yes our club has ramp access at the front of the spa building
Can you help me with nutrition?
Yes our personal trainers are qualified to give nutritional advice
Can hen parties use the facilities of the club?
Yes – please contact the spa for more information
Do you have changing facilities?
We have fully equipped male and female changing rooms
I have forgotten my kit – what should I do?
Swimming costumes are available to buy from the spa reception
