Our family-owned hotels are hand picked for their exceptional location, with relaxation in mind.  Each meeting venue is positioned within acres of private grounds with direct access onto walking paths and expansive lawns, or just a few steps from ocean-side walks.  

It’s this connection with nature that makes Hand Picked stand out. We encourage delegates to explore outside as part of their delegate experience and take in the fresh air at its best, with wellies supplied on damp days. We can supply eco-friendly disposable coffee cups allowing you to escape the meeting rooms and take breaks outside to breathe in the fresh countryside air. 

Food to energise

Across the group, delegates can indulge in a culinary journey with our specially crafted wellness menus, offering nutritious and delicious options to fuel your body and mind.  This begins with energising juice shots on arrival, fruit and wholesome snacks throughout the day and colourful lunches that set you up, not set you back, with productivity top of the agenda. Our menus, including break times, are designed to stimulate, nourish and fight fatigue.


All our venues offer the space to create your own wellness experience, be it a walk outside or separate breakout room for a team building activity. Furthermore, exclusively at six of our venues we offer a curated wellness experience of our own, called Mindful Meetings, that is complimentary for delegates. Mindful Meetings is a short but powerful 15-20 minute session with easy breathing and relaxation techniques delivered by an expert and offered at the start or midway through a meeting without having to leave the comfort of your meeting room chair.  It’s a no brainer game changer.
