  • Exercise studio & functional training zone

    We offer an extensive and varied range of classes to suit all ages, abilities and fitness levels. In the true spirit of total wellbeing our classes are for both body and mind and consist of the traditional as well as the more spiritual inspired by far eastern culture. When classes are not taking place our studio becomes a functional training zone which allows you to train with the latest fitness equipment.

    In addition to cutting edge equipment we offer personalised induction and training programmes from our focussed and friendly professional fitness team. We offer our members a bespoke one to one personal training service. We engage with a number of fitness specialists who are all highly qualified professionals at the forefront of their chosen disciplines. We will make you feel fitter, healthier and happier.

  • Café bar

    Our café bar area located on the ground floor of the club offers an array of hot and cold drinks, light refreshments, elevenses, afternoon tea or a full lunch menu. Complimentary WiFi is also available.

  • State of the art gym

    Using advanced equipment and techniques such as Power Plate, Acceleration Training and Technogym cardiovascular and resistance equipment, we can guide you to your own personal goals and targets. The unique ‘Wellness’ system works like your own personal trainer setting up and storing your personalised programme as well as recording your workout history all on your very own microchip fitness key.

  • Experience shower

    Revive and invigorate your senses with atmospheric lighting and aromatic aromas as your body is purified by warm jets of water.

  • Spa pool

    This is the ideal place to relax and unwind in a warm bubbly pool.

  • Steam room

    Our softly lit steam room is lightly scented and designed for a calm, soothing experience. Enjoy the calming effects on both the mind and body whilst capitalising on the body’s ability to detoxy. Boost your immune system but remember to rehydrate after every session to prevent dehydration.

  • Sauna

    Experience dry heat sessions – they will release toxins from the body and help to cleanse the skin. The high heat will serve to loosen your muscles, which will in turn ease any muscle soreness, and in some cases even joint pain.

  • Swimming pool

    Our 18m indoor swimming pool is ideal for a few lengths or a gentle dip. Surrounded by loungers and with doors leading onto our garden terrace, this area is a great place to relax after your workout. For your comfort we have adult only swim times, please contact the health club for more information.
