The Brasserie

Traditional Scottish fare is given a modern twist at The Brasserie, which offers relaxed dining and a selection of hand picked wines in Edinburgh.

With a real pride for provenance, guests can expect seasonal menus that showcase the region’s best produce. Favourites include braised Scottish lamb shank, Scottish salmon fillet and, of course, haggis, neeps and tatties.

The dining room’s contemporary surroundings are light and bright, with large windows that look out over the green lawns and grounds beyond. Open daily for breakfast and dinner, it is a wonderful place to gather with colleagues. Enjoy an intimate dinner for two or indulge in a traditional Sunday lunch with friends. Special menus have also been created just for children, so there is something for the whole family.

Please note that from 6pm on Friday 9th October 2020 the restaurant and bar lounges will be open for the service of food and non-alcoholic drinks to hotel residents only, in accordance with the Scottish Government legislation.

Advance booking is essential and health and safety measures in line with COVID-19 are now in place. For more information about what you can expect from your dining experience please view our document here.
