The Cedar Restaurant

Our 2AA Rosette restaurant offers diners an intimate and relaxing setting to enjoy a menu of classic British dishes enhanced with a contemporary twist.

Our Head Chef, Joe Gould, places provenance at the heart of his kitchen, sourcing produce from trusted local suppliers to ensure the highest quality of ingredients. Adapted to suit the seasons, the menu is characterised by vibrant flavours, fresh textures and inspired specialities.

Located on the South Wing’s ground floor, the dining space was built in the early 16th century and displays many hallmarks of the Tudor era, with a beamed ceiling, exposed brickwork and stone fireplace. 

The Cedar Restaurant has been sympathetically decorated to enhance these period features, with hung tapestries, wall lanterns and antique-style furniture to complement the historical surroundings. 

All menus can be adapted to cater for dietary requirements such as gluten-free, Vegan or Vegetarian. Please contact the team upon booking and let us know.

Dinner: Monday to Sunday 6.15pm to 9.15pm
