Set beside the village church in Buckland, near Broadway, our 13th-century manor house sits within ten acres of gardens. With just 15 individually designed bedrooms, it is a welcoming place to settle into the countryside, explore the Cotswolds and enjoy time around the table.

Spend a morning walking the surrounding hills, return for afternoon tea or make dinner the centre of your stay. Inside, fireplaces and period details reflect the house’s history, while our team helps you feel at home.

STAY

Master Suites

Fireplaces and individual features distinguish our two Master Suites. Choose Floral for its roll-top bath and double basins, or Vaulted for double-aspect windows and a sofa to settle into after a day exploring.

Four Poster Rooms

Oak panelling, an original fireplace and a queen-size four-poster bed give Oak its distinctive character. Set on the ground floor, it looks across the rear garden and offers a setting for a special stay together.

Deluxe Double Rooms

Garden views, seating areas and super king-size beds make our Deluxe Double rooms inviting places to return to. Individual features vary, with twin arrangements available on request.

Small Deluxe Double Rooms

These individually styled rooms include Garden, with access to a private terrace, and Sophia, with a vaulted ceiling and views of the medieval church. Each has a seating area and an en-suite bathroom.

Classic Rooms

Our Classic rooms combine traditional interiors with queen- or king-size beds and Vi-Spring mattresses. Most are on the first floor overlooking the gardens, while Abbott offers a ground-floor option with a fireplace.
