Public Transport
Route 70 bus runs from the end of our drive to Ingliston Park & Ride tram stop (Monday-Saturday from 06:16, then 34 minutes past each hour; Sunday from 08:23). From Station Road (20-minute walk), frequent buses (X18, X24, 900, 909, X19, X38) run every 10 minutes to Edinburgh city centre, with Glasgow services (900, AIR) every 30 minutes. All buses accept contactless payment.
Tram Service
From Ingliston Park & Ride, trams run every 7 minutes to Edinburgh city centre (06:30-22:52 to city, last return 23:56 from Newhaven).
Local Taxis
Central Taxis (0131 229 4466) and City Taxis (0131 228 1211) serve the area, with fares of £14-16 to Ingliston Park & Ride and £33-39 to the city centre. City centre taxi ranks available at Lothian Road, George Street, Market Street, Haymarket Station, and Grassmarket.
Eco-Friendly Transport
Complimentary hotel shuttle service operates three times daily to/from Ingliston Park & Ride tram stop (departures 11am, 1pm, 4pm; returns 11:25am, 1:25pm, 4:25pm).
Bike Hire
City centre bike rental available from Cycle Scotland (Blackfriars Street, near Waverley Station) and Pedal Forth (Leith Walk, near tram stop).
Electric Vehicle Charging
BP Pulse charging point available on hotel grounds.
