Traditional Scottish fare is given a modern twist at The Brasserie, which offers relaxed dining and a carefully-curated wine menu.
With a real pride in provenance, guests can expect seasonal menus that showcase the region’s best produce. Favourites dishes include braised Scottish lamb shank, Scottish salmon fillet and, of course, haggis, neeps and tatties.
The dining room’s contemporary surroundings are light and bright, with large windows that look out over the green lawns and grounds beyond.
Open daily for breakfast and dinner, it is a wonderful place to gather with colleagues. Enjoy an intimate dinner for two or indulge in a traditional Sunday lunch with friends. Special menus have also been created for children, so there is something for the whole family.
