At St Pierre Park Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort we treat our guests as individuals and therefore we have a range of facilities catering for people of all abilities.

  • All restaurants can cater for special dietary requirements on prior request (gluten free, lactose free, nut free, vegetarian, vegan) other dietary requirements may be catered for with prior discussion
  • All meals can be cut up for ease of eating, food may also be pureed/thickened if needed in all restaurants
  • 24h in room dining is available should you wish to eat from the comfort of your room (reduced menu from 11pm – 6:30am (11pm-7am on weekends))


  • Our main restaurant is accessible by wheelchair, the Pavilion restaurant isn’t. However once our new spa and health club development work is complete there will be via a lift from the reception

Spa and health club

  • Spa reception  -  access via lift to spa reception
  • Ground floor treatment rooms are on the same level as spa reception
  • Massage couches can be hydraulically lowered to wheelchair height or lower. Please inform us when you book so that we can reserve an appropriate room and allow extra therapist time or arrange additional assistance 
  • Our manicure room is accessed via spa reception on the ground floor
  • The swimming pool is accessed via spa reception on the ground floor
  • A hoist is available. Please give us prior notice so that trained staff are on hand to assemble the hoist and provide assistance. 
  • The external hot tub is on the ground floor and accessed via the pool hall or sun deck. Please give us prior notice so that trained staff are on hand to assemble the hoist if required and provide assistance
  • Hydrotherapy sauna - access on ground floor via swimming pool
  • Hydrotherapy steam - access on ground floor via swimming pool
  • Experience showers  - access on ground floor  via swimming pool
  • Relaxation room -  access on ground floor
  • Accessible toilet/shower is available on the ground floor
  • Gym  - access on the ground floor
  • Studio  - access via several stairs which are inaccessible to wheelchairs and challenging for guests who struggle with stairs

Hair salon

  • Styling chairs can be removed
  • We have a portable hood hair dryer that can be adjusted
  • Hair wash basins are fixed with low seating and may be a challenge for those who struggle with standing from a low seated position

Golf facilities

  • The pro shop is located on one level with a ramp
  • The golf course uses the natural topography of the land which includes extremely steep inclines or areas that are accessible by steep steps only
  • There are no paved walkways 
  • Holes are accessed over grass
  • Some tee boxes are accessed by steps
  • The driving range is accessed via a steep hill

General accessibility

  • Staff are on hand to assist 24 hours a day
  • Emergency evacuation procedure for guests requiring assistance (please notify on arrival if assistance on evacuation needed)
  • Assistance dogs accepted with prior notice
  • In accordance with legislation smoking is not permitted in the hotel
  • Mobile phone signal with most providers is strong in the area
  • The fire alarm system is bells and sirens and does not have flashing lights. Assistance is given with evacuation if necessary
  • The bells and sirens will ring continuously if evacuation is needed if you require assistance for evacuation please notify us on arrival
