To us at St Pierre Park Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort, dining is all about fresh ingredients prepared with craft, care and creativity and that means a regular change of dishes to match the seasons.

Our Executive Head Chef Richard Bloomfield and his team create inspiring menus to provide diners with a wonderful choice of delicious dishes. There is also an extensive wine list, with selections hand picked for quality and character.
