At St Pierre Park Hotel in St Peter's Port, Guernsey, food is as much our passion as hospitality.

We regard your wedding reception as one of the most important events of your life and will tailor make menus so that it is perfect.

We offer a range of seasonal dishes that where possible use local produce. Should you have any ideas or requirements, please speak with our team and we will be delighted to discuss options with you. 

Choose from our wedding breakfast menu selector as part of your package or alternatively we have further options that are available at a supplement. Our team of chefs are also here to offer advice on putting your menu together but we understand that this is your day – so the choice is really yours.

  • Rocket and Parma ham salad with blue cheese and pine nut crumble
  • Smoked Scottish salmon with traditional accompaniments
  • Mozzarella cheese and plum tomatoes with a basil and pine nut dressing (v)
  • Mushroom stuffed breast of chicken en croute with braised vegetables, fondant potatoes and mustard gravy
  • Fillet of cod under a chorizo crust with potato and fennel ragout
  • Thai red vegetable curry with lemon grass pilaff (v)
  • Strawberry panna cotta with a sauce anglaise
  • Mixed berry and Champagne gelee with lemon sorbet
  • Dark chocolate cheesecake with a raspberry coulis

  • Dressed whole poached salmon with smoked fish and shellfish
  • Cold meats and patés with pickles and relish

  • Mozzarella and plum tomato platter with basil pesto and black olives (v)
  • Sweet pineapple and lychee cocktail with malibu – coconut syrup (v)
  • Roasted cherry tomato soup with basil pesto (v)


  • Roast sirloin of beef with herbed Yorkshire puddings
  • Loin of pork wrapped in pancetta 


  • Turkey breast with Calvados cream
  • Coq au vin with pearl onions and speck
  • Grilled mixed fish on a potato and leek ragout
  • All served with roast potatoes, new potatoes and panache of buttered vegetables
  • Thai green vegetable curry with basmati rice (v)
