Is there car parking?
Yes there is free car parking located at the front of the club including disabled bays for all members.
Where is the health club located?
The health club is a standalone building with a separate entrance just a few yards from the main hotel entrance.
What should I wear for my induction?
Members are encouraged to wear comfortable gym clothes for their induction.
What should I wear for classes?
Please wear comfortable clothing with soft rubber soled training shoes. Black soled shoes are not permitted in the studio.

What are the opening times?
- Monday to Friday 6.30am - 10pm
- Saturday & Sunday 7am – 9pm
Can I get food and drink?
The Café bar is located within the Health Club building and serves a range of hot and cold drinks and food.
What are the café bar opening times?
- Monday – Sunday 10.00am- 5.30pm
- Food is served Monday – Thursday 11am-3pm, Friday – Sunday 11am – 4pm
- Complimentary tea and coffee is available between the hours of 6.30am – 8.45am Monday- Friday and 7am- 8.45am Saturday & Sunday, as a take away option from our Café Bar.

Can I use the facilities if I am not a member?
We offer non-residents full use of our facilities at a day rate of £40. Members are also able to bring adult guests for a fee of £12 per person per visit.
Are children allowed in the pool?
We have allocated family swim times where children can enjoy the use of our pool under adult supervision.
- Monday – Thursday 2pm - 5pm
- Friday 3pm- 6.30pm*
- Saturday & Sunday 9am – 11am & 3pm – 6.30pm*
*last entry for children’s swim 6pm
Children under the age of 16 are not permitted to use the hydrotherapy pool, sauna or steam room.
Are children allowed in the club?
Children are welcome within the reception and café bar areas. Restricted swim times are allocated for pool use however no one under the age of 17 is permitted to use the gym facilities.
Do you have disabled access?
All our facilities are easily accessible
Can you help me with nutrition?
Our fitness team are on hand with nutritional advice as part of your fitness and training plan.
Can hen parties use the facilities of the club?
We offer a range of hen party spa day and residential packages which include selected treatments and full day use of our health club facilities.
Do you have changing facilities?
We offer changing areas for both spa day guests and members that include shower areas and vanity stations equipped with hairdryers and complimentary body lotions, shampoos and conditioners.
I have forgotten my kit – what should I do?
Unfortunately we do not stock fitness wear or swim wear here at the health club
What do I need for the locker?
Our lockers require the use of a £1 coin or trolley token.
Are towels provided?
As a hotel guest all residents are provided with a complimentary towel. Members are able to bolt on unlimited towel hire to their membership for £5 a month or alternatively a £1 hire charge will apply for each use.
