The Conservatory
Positioned at the rear of the hotel and boasting double aspect views of the garden terrace, ornamental pond and manicured grounds, guests dining in The Conservatory can enjoy the outdoors all year round.
Taking care to source from trusted local suppliers helps to ensure the quality and freshness of ingredients, allowing them to take centre stage on the plate without any fuss or frills. When in season, guests can enjoy dishes such as the Rhinefield Ale battered Atlantic haddock and braised New Forest lamb shank and a host of delicious sharing plates, served with freshly baked breads.
With its relaxed atmosphere and beautiful views, The Conservatory makes a lovely setting to enjoy afternoon tea or to settle back and relax with one of our carefully constructed aperitifs, featuring locally sourced ingredients, such as the Lymington Gin and Tonic or the Isle of Wight Bloody Mary.
Advance booking is essential and health and safety measures in line with COVID-19 are now in place. For more information about what you can expect from your dining experience please view our document here.
