We regard your wedding reception as one of the most important events you will host and we will tailor make menus to your specifications.

FISH

  • Tian of Jersey crab, fennel salad, avocado and gazpacho dressing
  • Smoked salmon, basil mousseline, pickled vegetables and citrus dressing
  • Marinated salmon and mascarpone entremets and beetroot dressing

MEAT

  • Ham hock terrine, crispy quail egg and piccalilli dressing
  • Confit duck opera, plums, red wine jelly and brioche toast
  • Pressed of corn fed chicken and foie gras, tarragon sauce and pickled mushroom

VEGETARIAN

  • Haloumi cheese spring roll, fennel salad, avocado and gazpacho dressing
  • Compressed galia melon terrine and ginger espuma (vegan)
  • Cucumber and avocado California sushi roll, cream cheese, wasabi and confit ginger

SOUP VEGETARIAN

  • Confit plum tomato and basil soup
  • Roast butternut squash veloute, lemon grass and chilli
  • Carrot and ginger soup and coriander pistou

INTERMEDIATE - £8 supplement per person

  • Lobster raviolis, leek fondue and beurre blanc
  • Langoustine and brandy bisque soup
  • Corn fed chicken feuilleté, caramelised onions and morel mushroom sauce
  • Fourme d’Ambert blue cheese tart, caramelised onion and watercress salad (V)

FISH

  • Pan fried sea bass fillet, crushed new potatoes and sauce vierge
  • Poached salmon, rosti potato, spring onion julienne and hollandaise sauce
  • Brill filet, watercress mash potato, leek fondue and white wine sauce

MEAT

  • Pot roast chicken breast, truffle dauphinoise potato, white pudding 
  • and wild mushroom sauce
  • Roast sirloin of beef, rosemary fondant potatoes, glazed carrot and red wine jus
