The Winter Domes are back...
Our enchanting Winter Domes return to Grand Jersey Hotel & Spa from 20th November to 31st December 2026. Set on The Terrace, these intimate dining spaces offer a magical setting for festive gatherings, where twinkling lights and sweeping coastal views create an unforgettable seasonal experience. Comfortably heated and thoughtfully designed, each dome provides a private and inviting retreat to enjoy exceptional food, seasonal drinks and special moments with friends, family or colleagues.

Festive Indulgence – £48.50 per person
Enjoy an arrival cocktail and a sharing platter for two, all within a two-hour private dome experience.
Available every day of the week.
Available across all dome sittings.
Afternoon Tea – £42.50 per person
Enjoy a festive afternoon tea accompanied by a winter cocktail, served within the warmth and privacy of your own Winter Dome. A two-hour dome slot is included.
Available every day of the week.
Available between 12:00 and 15:00 only.
Two time slots per dome.
Early Bird Package - £100 minimum spend
Create your own festive dining experience with a £100 minimum spend per dome. Choose from the available menu, with a selection of dishes, sides and more to suit your occasion. A two-hour private dome experience is included.
Sunday to Wednesday: available all day with a £100 minimum spend per dome.
Thursday and Friday: available only between 12:00 and 15:00, with a £100 minimum spend per dome.
Saturday: not available.
Thursday & Friday Evening Sessions
From 17:00 to 22:00, only Festive Indulgence will be available.
A £300 minimum spend per dome will apply.

Booking Information
Bookings are essential, and full pre-payment is required within seven days of your provisional reservation to confirm your booking.
A minimum spend of £300 per dome applies Thursday–Saturday, and £100 per dome applies Sunday–Wednesday. Where applicable, the minimum spend can be redeemed against food and drinks enjoyed inside the domes.
If your chosen package total exceeds the applicable minimum spend, the full package price will be charged within the seven-day pre-payment period.
Any additional food, drinks or extras not included in your package or covered by the applicable minimum spend will be charged on the day.

Winter Domes are available to book at the following times:
- 12:00pm
- 3:00pm
- 5:00pm
- 8:00pm (last booking)
Each booking includes a two-hour dome experience. To ensure a smooth and attentive service, bookings will be staggered by 30 minutes across our four available domes. For example, two domes may begin at 12:00pm, with the remaining two beginning at 12:30pm.
To make the most of your time in the dome, we recommend pre-ordering your food and drinks before your visit. Please also let us know about any dietary requirements in advance, so we can have your drinks ready for your arrival and prepare your food choices ahead of time.
Additional Information
- - Each dome is private, heated and designed for your comfort.
- Blankets are available on request.
- Maximum capacity: 8 guests in a 12ft dome and 12 guests in a 15ft dome.
- All food and drink must be purchased from Grand Jersey Hotel & Spa.
- The domes are non-smoking, with a designated smoking area available nearby.
- Children under 12 are welcome when accompanied by a parent or guardian.
- Please advise of any dietary requirements in advance.
Terms & Conditions
- A provisional reservation is not confirmed until the required pre-payment has been received within seven days.
- Minimum spends apply per dome and vary according to the day of the week.
Where applicable, minimum spend credit is redeemable against food and drinks inside the domes.
- Any additional charges not included in the package or covered by the applicable minimum spend must be settled on the day.
- Domes must be vacated promptly at the end of the allocated two-hour session.
Please advise of any dietary requirements in advance of your booking.

The Indulgence Package is available seven days a week across all dome sitting times.
