This Voucher is valid for 6 months from the day of purchase unless stated otherwise, but for security reasons cannot be redeemed within 72 hours of purchase.

The Voucher can be redeemed at the hotel(s) and/or spa(s) shown.

The Voucher may not be exchanged for cash and is non-refundable.

Each Voucher must be redeemed in full and no change will be given.

Cancellation of a hotel spa day booking with less than 7 days’ notice will render the Voucher null and void.

The recipient must be 18 and over for spa treatments.
