Dunesforde Vineyard Experience

Dunesforde is one of the most northerly vineyards in the UK, originally inspired by the vineyards of Tuscany. Planted in 2016 by the Townsend family, it has since developed into a recognised English wine producer, awarded a Gold Medal in 2021. A nearby 25-acre site has also been transformed into a nature reserve.

Guests are welcomed for guided vineyard tours and structured tastings led by the vineyard team. Experiences provide insight into English wine production, the history of the site and its Roman connections, alongside tastings of still and sparkling wines. Each visit is relaxed and informative.

After the experience, guests return to their hotel, with time to enjoy dinner and the surrounding countryside.

Booking Requirements:

All experiences must be booked in advance and are subject to availability. Minimum group size of 2 applies for activity bookings. Experiences typically operate Fridays and Saturdays during the season (12pm and 3pm). Groups of 12+ can be accommodated Monday to Thursday by arrangement. Available seasonally.

Additional Information:

Private and group experiences can be arranged for special occasions, celebrations or corporate bookings, such as birthdays, anniversaries, or hen/stag parties.
