DEDBEST DISTILLERY GIN-MAKING EXPERIENCE

DedBest Distillery offers an intimate introduction to small-batch gin-making, combining craftsmanship, creativity and a relaxed, hands-on approach. Located close to Buxted Park Hotel, the distillery invites guests to step behind the scenes and explore the art of distillation under expert guidance.

The gin-making experience includes a guided tour of the distillery, followed by a practical session where guests learn about botanicals, flavour balance and distilling techniques before creating their own bespoke gin. This experience pairs particularly well with an overnight stay at Buxted Park, allowing guests to enjoy dinner, a restful night’s sleep and breakfast before or after their visit.

After returning to the hotel, the experience can be gently extended with relaxed drinks in the bar or a leisurely dinner within the historic surroundings of the house.
