The Chapel Down Summer Terrace at Buxted Park

Set within 312 acres of East Sussex parkland, Buxted Park Hotel's Orangery Terrace invites guests to embrace the slower pleasures of summer through a season-long partnership with Chapel Down. 

Framed by sweeping lawns and the historic Orangery gardens, the terrace has been designed as a destination for social dining, sparkling wine discovery and relaxed outdoor gatherings. Chapel Down's celebrated sparkling wines accompany seasonal menus that champion elevated British summer dining. 

Throughout the season, guests can enjoy live music events, lawn games and a series of relaxed terrace moments designed to encourage lingering afternoons that drift into long summer evenings. 

The terrace menu features beautifully crafted sharing dishes, from Wagyu ribeye and grilled seafood specials to indulgent desserts designed for sharing, all complemented by Chapel Down Brut Reserve. Afternoon Tea also takes on a distinctly summer character, enjoyed outdoors with views across the estate. 

Whether celebrating with friends, meeting for a weekend lunch or simply escaping for a glass of English sparkling wine in the sunshine, Buxted Park captures the charm of a classic British summer gathering.
