The Orangery Restaurant is a beautiful open space with stunning views out over the hotel gardens. Here, guests can choose from a menu of modern British dishes and a selection of Hand Picked signature plates, classic grills and traditional favourites with a contemporary twist.
You will also find plenty of regional influences on the menu, such as local Buxted Park venison, Hastings stone bass and Sussex lamb when in season, along with a wide range of Sussex cheeses available year-round. Ask our sommelier for wine recommendations to pair with your choice, leaving some room for dessert wines or port.
Every week we serve a traditional three-course Sunday lunch, complete with a selection of tempting desserts – a real crowd-pleaser for all the family to enjoy.
Lunch: Monday to Saturday, 12pm – 2pm | Sunday, 12pm - 3pm
Dinner: Daily 6pm – 8.30pm
