The Club Bar at Nutfield Priory Spa, Redhill, Surrey, is ideal for enjoying light refreshments, and our menu brings locally sourced cooking to the plates of all our guests. The Club Bar has an airy atmosphere filled with natural daylight, serving a varied menu of healthy snacks and light meals, afternoon tea, fruit smoothies, wine and Champagne. In warmer months, take advantage of the outside seating and garden area for extra breathing space and fresh air.

Afternoon tea, savoury afternoon tea and 2 course spa lunch upgrades are available to purchase at the time of booking or on arrival at the spa. The below are sample menus and photographs.

Starters:

Tomato and basil soup (V) (GF) (DF), duck liver pate with mixed leaves, a honey mustard dressing and cooked raisins, beetroot and horseradish mixed leaf salad with a balsamic reduction and pickled red onions (V) (GF), cucumber and feta salad with black olives and red pepper dressing (V) (GF)

Mains:

Pan fried minute steak (cooked medium), tomato and red    onion salad served with chips (GF) (DF), chicken caesar salad with honeyed croutons and anchovies, sauté confit peppers, tomato sauce with capers and shallots, served with potato dumpling (V) (DF), vegetarian lasagne served with mixed leaves (V)

Desserts:

Lemon tart with vanilla cream, homemade brownie with marinated berries, pressed watermelon with greek yoghurt and honey seed soil (GF), mixed ice cream and sorbet with fresh raspberry coulis (GF)
