  • Best price promise to ensure all bookings are quoted the best available rate
  • Initial enquiries for single site will be responded to within one hour
  • Multi-site enquiries will be responded to within four hours
  • Out of hours enquiries will be responded to before 10am the next working day
  • Cost proposals will be clear with no hidden extras
  • A contract will be issued within 48 hours of written or verbal confirmation
  • A courtesy call will be made 24-48 hours prior to the event to check final details and confirm the contact name on the day
  • Event room will be set up as requested and ready at least one hour before the agreed start time
  • An events specialist will be available for a pre-event briefing and debrief at a time convenient to the organiser
  • The final invoice will be available for sign off by the authorised person prior to departure
  • The invoice for the event will be sent no later than three working days after the event, clearly detailing the breakdown of charges
