L’Horizon Beach Hotel & Spa in Jersey is renowned for its fine, locally caught seafood that is carefully prepared by Executive Head Chef Andrew Soddy in our Grill Restaurant.

Featuring contemporary and stylish décor with an atmosphere of elegance, The Grill has developed a reputation locally and with visitors to the island for serving fresh, locally caught seafood prepared in a careful and inventive way. Whether it is line caught sea bass, Jersey lobster or tender scallops, The Grill's daily menu is often inspired by the fisherman’s morning catch.

Booking is essential. 

If you choose to spend your £100 card with us enjoy our signature seafood platter complemented with a bottle of crisp, fresh Spy Valley Sauvignon Blanc. If you're more of a meat eater then you might like our 'melt in the mouth' Chateaubriand accompanied by a bottle of Spy Valley Pinot Noir for two people. Each will be served with a delicious starter and a decadent sharing plate to finish for just £100 per couple.
