Our Executive Head Chef and his team have proudly created an exquisite menu, designed to be enjoyed in one of the most picturesque locations in Jersey. Our menus showcase fresh ingredients locally sourced where possible from the lush island landscape and the clean, clear waters which surround it.
Along with a range of delicious dishes for meat lovers, pescatarians and vegetarians, we also have a variety of vegan options.

Guests can enjoy fresh seafood and spectacular sharing platters, including luxurious seafood towers and grilled seafood feasts paired with Bollinger La Grande Année, all served against a backdrop of panoramic sea views.
Beyond the dining experience, the Bollinger terrace embraces the spirit of summer by the shore. Beach games, including cricket, paddle bats and giant Jenga, invite guests to make an afternoon of their visit, while Bollinger parasols, branded blankets and beachside Champagne service bring a touch of Riviera glamour to Jersey's coastline.

All bookings are a maximum of 2 hours. A booking will be held for a maximum of 15 minutes after which time it will be released. The Terrace is weather dependant. We will try and accommodate the reservation inside however this cannot be guaranteed.
