Your experience begins with a ‘wild fitness’ session. This open-air class right on the beach teaches you how to bring natural surroundings into your exercise regime, and invigorates you for the day ahead with cardio and strength-based exercises. Embrace the freedom to really get a sweat on, with sea views in every direction.
Enjoy a nutritious breakfast before your guided ‘Cliff Trek’ experience. This is a chance to explore and reconnect, harnessing the calm and joy that comes with time spent in the fresh air with good company. Get to know your fellow explorers as we lead you through Jersey’s beautiful cliff paths, with magical scenery and wildlife in abundance. It’s the perfect escape from everyday life - don’t forget your camera!
By now you will have worked up quite an appetite. Tuck into a seasonal lunch featuring the finest local ingredients, specially selected by our Head Chef. This afternoon enjoy full use of our spa and health club facilities. Why not relax by the pool with a good read or soothe sore muscles in the sauna? You may also like to add a spa treatment or two to your day – we offer an extensive menu, from luxurious facials to full body massages.
