Spa dining at Grand Jersey Spa

From light bites to indulgent treats

Dining is at the heart of Grand Jersey Hotel & Spa experience so whether you are here for a spa day or a treatment take advantage of the dining facilities we have on offer. Spa lunches, afternoon tea and savoury afternoon tea are all served in our Champagne Lounge with views of St Aubin’s Bay and Elizabeth Castle. If you are joining us on our Twilight Package, dinner will be served in Victoria's.

Afternoon tea, savoury afternoon tea and 2 course spa lunch are also available. Upgrades are also available to purchase at the time of booking or on arrival at the spa. The below are sample menus and photographs.

Spa afternoon tea

A selection of sandwiches: egg mayonnaise and spring onion, cucumber, smoked salmon, bbq ham, cheddar cheese and chutney

Home-made plain and fruit scones, Jersey strawberry jam, black butter and clotted cream

A selection of cakes and fancies: coconut and apricot choux pastry, passion fruit and raspberry Victoria sponge, lemon drizzle freshly baked Madeleine, chocolate and pistachio opera cake, Jersey strawberry tartlet

All of the above is served with your choice of tea and coffee


Spa savoury afternoon tea

A selection of sandwiches: Barbecue ham, cucumber, egg mayonnaise and spring onion, cheddar cheese and chutney, smoked salmon. All sandwiches are prepared on a mixture of granary and white bread

A selection of finger food: English muffins cheddar and ham, brie and berry parcel, duck spring roll, chicken Caesar wrap, zatar croissant with mushroom, spinach and sundried tomato. All served with a garnish of Jersey black butter

Spa lunch


Soup of the day, focaccia croutons. Crispy ciabatta bruschetta, black olive tapenade, plum tomato and boconcini mozzarella. Beetroot carpaccio, capers, watercress, goat cheese and crispy shallot.


Pan fried chicken breast, herb bulgur wheat, grilled Mediterranean vegetables and coriander dressing. Fish of the day, Jersey Royals, broad bean and cherry tomato salsa. Wild mushroom risotto, fresh shaved Parmesan.


Fresh fruit salad, orange sorbet. Banana and pina colada foam verrine, granola crumble. Vanilla panna cotta, raspberry coulis, lime zest.
