Reset your attendees with a wellness stretch and breathing session at the start or during the conference, with our compliments, to focus their minds and bodies on the agenda of the day. Our wellness experts will guide them through a series of gentle movements focusing on their posture and breathing ready for your event. Just 15 minutes is all it takes to recharge and reboot, with no yoga mat or wardrobe change required. Trust us - it's as effective as it is easy.
