At Bailbrook House, traditional Sunday lunch is served in the grand surroundings of this magnificent country house.

Cloisters creates a special atmosphere in which to enjoy some fine food with family and friends. Our head chef Jonathan Machin devises an ever-changing three-course Sunday lunch menu based on traditional favourites, which are enhanced with some modern twists.

  • Smoked haddock & leek risotto, soft poached free range egg & parmesan crisp
  • Confit of duckling, cucumber, spring onion & watercress salad, sesame seed & hoi-sin dressing
  • New season venison & candied pear terrine, walnut puree

  • Roast Lackham farm sirloin of beef, Yorkshire pudding, red wine pan juices

Arrive from 11am to a complimentary home-made canapés and the Sunday newspapers, all to be enjoyed in our relaxing Royal Lounges next to open coal fires.

Afterwards, why not retire to the lounges to enjoy teas, coffees and our specialty liqueur coffees.
