The New Hall Champagne Terrace with Henriot

As England's oldest inhabited moated house, New Hall Hotel & Spa provides an extraordinary backdrop for summer socialising. This season, the terrace is elevated through a partnership with Champagne Henriot, bringing together relaxed outdoor dining and refined French Champagne. 

At the heart of the experience is the Henriot Champagne Terrace, complete with a dedicated Champagne trolley, branded gazebo and elegant terrace styling designed to encourage guests to gather, celebrate and linger outdoors. 

Guests can enjoy lawn games including croquet, giant Jenga and Finska, while live music creates the soundtrack to long summer evenings. Henriot Champagne is served from branded ice buckets and magnums across the terrace, reinforcing the sense of occasion. 

The menu centres around generous sharing experiences, including a 45-day aged Tomahawk steak with chimichurri and thick-cut chips, or cedar-plank salmon cooked over flame and designed for sharing. Both pair perfectly with a chilled bottle of Henriot Brut Souverain.
