Our Brasserie & Terraces Restaurant is bathed in natural light from expansive windows boasting exceptional views over the bay and beyond. From morning through to evening, you can discover a stylish yet relaxed setting to sample a quality menu of dishes inspired by the sea.
Our chef is passionate about sourcing produce from trusted local suppliers to ensure the highest quality of ingredients with fresh seafood straight from the fisherman’s port just a stone’s throw from the hotel. The menu is characterised by vibrant flavours and fresh textures.
