Terms & Conditions

To help make your Afternoon Tea with Santa experience as magical and enjoyable as possible, please take a moment to read the following:

• All adults and children attending must have a pre-purchased ticket booked
• A child’s ticket must be purchased alongside an adult ticket, and all children must be accompanied by an adult ticket holder throughout the event.
• Tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable and may not be resold through third parties.
• Children will all be seated together
• Please let us know about any allergies or dietary requirements at the time of booking so our team can make the appropriate arrangements.
• During the afternoon, Santa will make his way around the room
• The experience is designed primarily for families with children aged 3–10 years.
• Babies under one year are very welcome to attend with booked family members without a ticket. Please note that Afternoon Tea and a gift are not included for infants attending without a ticket.
• Places are limited and all bookings are subject to availability.
