Light, bright and airy, Benson's restaurant offers guests a contemporary dining space that is open daily for breakfast and casual lunches throughout the day.

Guests can choose from a seasonal menu of classic British dishes, each with a modern twist, as well as a selection of Hand Picked favourites. With a passion for provenance, our kitchen takes care to source local produce wherever possible, ensuring fresh, natural ingredients take centre stage on the plate. Popular regionally influenced dishes include honey and thyme baked Tunworth cheese, corn-fed Godstone chicken and beer-battered South Coast cod.
