Our menu has been created with passion and pride to satisfy the palates of even the most discerning meat lovers - this is the steak you love, cooked your way. We have partnered with award-winning butcher Udale Speciality Food to bring you top-quality Cumbrian beef aged with Himalayan salt, resulting in superlative taste and texture. Their state-of-the-art natural refrigerator, containing 4,800 salt blocks, ensures the meat is aged to perfection for 28-35 days.
To complement the food, the extensive cocktail menu boasts all of the regular favourites, supplemented with some signature additions for a contemporary and innovative island twist.
