With the majority of our restaurants holding either 1 or 2 AA Rosettes and Tassili at Grand Jersey Hotel and Spa holding a coveted 4 AA Rosettes, we are proud that our food and dining experiences have been recognised as some of the very best in the British Isles.

Throughout our restaurants, our talented Chefs showcase their unique culinary skills and passion for using quality ingredients, with a deep respect for provenance, to create dishes that celebrate the season.

Menus are inspired by the local area as much as possible to deliver an authentic and memorable dining experience for our guests.
