With the majority of our restaurants holding either 1 or 2 AA Rosettes and Tassili at Grand Jersey Hotel and Spa holding a coveted 4 AA Rosettes, we are proud that our food and dining experiences have been recognised as some of the very best in the British Isles. 

Across our restaurants, our talented team of chefs showcase their unique culinary skill and passion for quality ingredients with provenance front of mind to create dishes that are reflective of the season. Menus are inspired by the local area as much as possible in order to deliver an authentic and memorable dining experience for our guests. You’ll find a good mix of nibbles, shared starters, fish and steak grills, classic dishes, Hand Picked favourites and a selection of desserts, cheeses and wines.
