Your experience begins with a nutritious breakfast before your morning activity session. Travel through the verdant countryside around Wood Hall and absorb the sights, sounds and scents of wildlife around you. Explore the benefits of walking for wellness and creativity with your guide and an exclusive group of like-minded people.

Next, a Pilates class with instructor Deborah Murphy which promotes mobility and strength of all the major muscle groups in the body in a balanced fashion, whilst also having a key focus on the deep core muscles. Pilates improves posture, flexibility, strength, balance, and body awareness.

By now you will have worked up an appetite. Enjoy a break in the day to indulge in our healthy buffet menu, curated by our talented Head Chef.

During the afternoon, take part in a gentle stretch class, incorporating massage rollers, followed by a guided relaxation session. 

During your retreat, enjoy full use of our health club and spa facilities. Why not relax by the pool or sooth sore muscles in our steam room and spa pool? 

Please note that outdoor activities may be moved to more suitable locations during adverse weather conditions.
