Your experience begins with a nutritious spa breakfast before your morning breathing workshop. This class teaches you how to reconnect and harness calm using mindfulness techniques, and awakens your senses for the day ahead.
A little later on, your energising yogalates class will take place in the tranquil grounds of Rookery Hall, where you can absorb the sights, sounds and scents of wildlife around you. Your expert instructor has designed a flowing routine which synchronises breathwork and movement, taking the best elements from pilates and yoga to strengthen mind and body. Relax and get to know like-minded people over lunch, where you can select from a menu featuring the finest local ingredients, specially selected by our Head Chef.
In the afternoon, enjoy an introduction to Qigong, an ancient wellness practice that focuses on enhancing the life essence that the Chinese refer to as ‘Qi’. Your guide will demonstrate the power of breath, movement, and intention setting to create energy and balance within the body.
On your return to the hotel, enjoy full use of the health club spa facilities. Why not unwind in the hydrotherapy pool, work up a sweat in the gym or stretch out during some gentle lengths in our glass-roofed swimming pool? You may also like to add a spa treatment or two to your day– we offer an extensive menu, from bespoke facials and hot stone massages, to luxury manicures and pedicures.
