Covid-19 Guidelines

Government regulations in relation to Covid-19 differ in England, Scotland and the Channel Islands, so please see below for more information on what you can expect and advice to note before you travel.


  • Take away dining experiences are available to click and collect across all hotels - please visit our Click & Collect page for more information.
  • Our hotels are currently only able to accommodate stays for essential travel, with in-room dining available.
  • Outdoor dining is available from 12th April 2021 in groups of 6.
  • Leisure stays are permitted in selected self-contained rooms or self-contained accommodation at Stanbrook Abbey in Worcester, Buxted Park in Sussex, Chilston Park in Kent and Wood Hall in Yorkshire. Find out more here.
  • Following new regulations, our hotels will be open for leisure stays from 17th May 2021. 
  • Our health clubs and spas are open from 12th April 2021 with certain restrictions in line with government regulations. Click here for more information.

  • Our outdoor dining spaces are open for groups of six from two households (served until 10pm) and indoor dining is open for meals and non-alcoholic drinks to no more than four people from two households (served until 8pm)



  • Grand Jersey Hotel & Spa and L'Horizon Beach Hotel & Spa are now open

  • A variety of takeaway services are available from L'Horizon and Grand Jersey, including afternoon tea and Sunday lunch. Find out more here.
  • A minimum of 2-metre social distancing must be adhered to at all times and mouth and nose coverings must be worn at all times in enclosed public settings, unless sitting at a table
  • From 26th April UK travellers are allowed into Jersey using the red, amber and green traffic light system
  • Country and regional travel classifications can be found using this link and will be updated every Thursday:
  • From 17th May all other destinations will be allowed into Jersey using the red, amber and green traffic light system
  • From 28th May, fully vaccinated travellers arriving from a green or amber area in the UK will not need to isolate. Fully vaccinated passengers will still be required to have a test on arrival
  • Before travelling to Jersey, please be aware of the below guidelines:

1. Complete an online registration form before departure
2. Receive the test on arrival to Jersey airport and on days 5 and 10 after arriving. If you are travelling from a green zone a test will be required on arrival and on day 8. 
3. Isolation will be required depending on which zone you have arrived from. If you entering Jersey from a green zone you will have to isolate until you have received a negative test result. Amber zones will have to isolate until they have received a day 5 negative test result and red zones will need to isolate until they have received a day 10 negative test result.
