Covid-19 Guidelines

Government regulations in relation to Covid-19 differ in England, Scotland and the Channel Islands, so please see below for more information on what you can expect and advice to note before you travel.

 

ENGLAND

  • Our hotels are now fully open, with ongoing health and safety measures in place for your comfort.
  • Our health clubs and spas are open with certain procedures relating to cleanliness and hygiene continuing in line with government guidance.  Click here for more information.
  • Our team continue to wear a face mask and we encourage all our guests to wear a face covering whilst in our public areas, unless seated. 
  • Social distancing requirements and the rule of six no longer apply however we will maintain a sensible space between tables for guest comfort.  A table-service only policy no longer applies, however we will continue to operate a cash-less payment system.
  • Should you feel unwell in advance of your visit, please do not come to the hotel and contact our group reservations team here or one of our hotels directly here.
  • Guests will be asked to scan the NHS Track and Trace QR code on arrival to play their part in keeping everyone safe.
  • Hand sanitiser stations remain in all hotels, spas and health clubs for guest use, which we actively encourage.

SCOTLAND

  • Norton House Hotel is open, with ongoing health and safety measures in place for your comfort and enjoyment and in line with government regulations.
  • Norton House Spa and Health Club is open. Spa treatments, days and breaks are available to book
  • Face coverings are required in all public areas, unless seated.  
  • Should you feel unwell in advance of your visit, please do not come to the hotel and contact our group reservations team here or one of our hotels directly here.
  • Guests will be asked to scan the NHS Track and Trace QR code on arrival to play their part in keeping everyone safe.
  • Hand sanitiser stations can we found in our hotel, spa and health club for guest use, which we actively encourage.
  • Up to 10 diners from up to 4 households can eat inside in our restaurant and bar.  Up to 15 diners from up to 15 households can eat outside on our terraces.
  • Guests and diners must adhere to social distancing requirements of 1m between households.

JERSEY 

  • Grand Jersey Hotel & Spa and L'Horizon Beach Hotel & Spa are now open.
  • Spa treatments, days and breaks are available to book. Please click here for more information.
  • Mouth and nose coverings are no longer a legal requirement except for on public transport and in the harbour and airport terminals. However, mask wearing is strongly recommended when in an indoor setting.

  • Before travelling to Jersey ensure you complete an online registration form before departure https://www.gov.je/Health/Coronavirus/Travel/Pages/CoronavirusTravelAdvice.aspx
  • Those who are fully vaccinated will not be required to test on arrival in Jersey.
  • Those who are not fully vaccinated and children aged 11-17 will be required to have a test on arrival in Jersey and will only need to isolate until their first negative test result.
  • Children aged 10 and under will not be required to undergo testing on arrival in Jersey or isolate.
  • Those travelling from very high-risk countries will have enhanced testing and isolation on arrival in Jersey.

GUERNSEY 

  • St Pierre Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort is fully open to on-island residents and open to visitors following the Traffic Light System that the States of Guernsey have put in place. Find out more: https://www.gov.gg/ 
  • Guests arriving in to Guernsey will need to have created a Travel Tracker account. More information here.
  • Those who have been fully vaccinated 14 days prior to arrival on Guernsey will be required to have one test on arrival with no isolation
  • If you are not fully vaccinated or if you have had both doses of vaccination but 14 days have not passed since your second dose, then please visit the Guernsey Government Covid-19 travel regulations pages for more information click here.
