Covid-19 Guidelines

Government regulations in relation to Covid-19 differ in England, Scotland and the Channel Islands, so please see below for more information on what you can expect and advice to note before you travel.

 

ENGLAND

  • Our hotels in England are operating with health and safety measures in place for your comfort and wellbeing.
  • Our health clubs and spas are operating with health and safety procedures in line with government guidance. For more information on guidelines relating to our spas and health clubs, please visit here.
  • Hand sanitisation stations remain in place and we encourage all our guests to sanitise their hands regularly. In line with new UK government guidelines, the wearing of face coverings in our hotels is now optional for guests and team members with the exception of our Spa Therapists who are required to wear a face mask whilst in treatment. 
  • If you feel unwell in advance of your visit, do not come to the hotel and please contact our group reservations team or the relevant hotel directly. Contact information can be found here.
  • Please use contactless debit or credit cards for any payments. No cash payments will be accepted.

  • Hand sanitisation stations remain in place and our teams continue to wear face coverings. We encourage all our guests to sanitise their hands regularly and to wear a face covering.
  • We strongly recommend that all guests and visitors to the hotel, spa and health club take a lateral flow test prior to their arrival.
