Covid-19 Guidelines

Government regulations in relation to Covid-19 differ in England, Scotland and the Channel Islands, so please see below for more information on what you can expect and advice to note before you travel.

 

ENGLAND

  • Our hotels in England are operating with health and safety measures in place for your comfort and wellbeing.
  • Our health clubs and spas are operating with health and safety procedures in line with government guidance. Our spa therapists are wearing face coverings and all guests undergoing a spa treatment must do the same, unless they are exempt.  For more information on guidelines relating to our spas and health clubs, please visit here.
  • Hand sanitisation stations remain in place and our teams continue to wear face coverings.  We encourage all our guests to sanitise their hands regularly and in line with new UK government guidelines, a face covering must be worn in our public areas, unless seated, dining, or exempt. 
  • We strongly recommend that all guests take a lateral flow test prior to their arrival. Should you return a positive test result, or feel unwell in advance of your visit, do not come to the hotel and please contact our group reservations team or the relevant hotel directly. SCOTLAND

  • Norton House Hotel in Edinburgh is operating with health and safety measures in place for your comfort and wellbeing.
  • The health club and spa at Norton House is operating with health and safety procedures in line with Scottish government guidance.  Our spa therapists are wearing face coverings and all guests undergoing a spa treatment must do the same, unless they are exempt.  For more information on guidelines relating to our spas and health clubs, please visit here.
  • Hand sanitisation stations remain in place and our teams continue to wear face coverings.  We encourage all our guests to sanitise their hands regularly and wear a face covering at all times while indoors. Face coverings may be removed when seated and while eating or drinking.
  • We strongly recommend that all guests take a lateral flow test prior to their arrival. Should you return a positive test result, or feel unwell in advance of your visit, do not come to the hotel and please contact our group reservations team or the hotel directly.   • We strongly recommend that all guests and visitors to the hotel, spa and health club take a lateral flow test prior to their arrival.   • For arrivals into Jersey:
