Spa & Health Club - Covid Health & Safety
Government regulations in relation to Covid-19 differ in England, Scotland and the Channel Islands, so please see below for more information on what you can expect and advice to note before you travel.
Hand Picked Health Clubs
Our Health Clubs are now open
There will be distancing & directional signage in place when you arrive at the club and regulations must be adhered to at all times
Sanitisation stations will be available at the entrance and exit points and throughout the club for your use
On arrival, you will be required to swipe your membership card and will undertake a Covid-19 temperature check. Members who register a temperature of 38 degrees or above will not be permitted entry
In order to use the gym (Wood Hall) and swimming pool you must book these in advance on our website. You can book here. Please do not arrive at the club without booking online and in advance
Following government regulations members and hotel residents must wear face coverings on arrival and in all public areas. Face coverings can only be removed when doing one of the following:
- Working out in the gym
- Taking part in an exercise class
- Using the showers
Entry times to the club will be staggered to allow for additional concentrated cleaning and comfortable social distancing practices
Classes are currently unavailable due to Government regulations.
We ask that children do not visit the club
In the gym, you will find that some of the equipment may have moved or have been placed out of action to allow for additional space
Please ensure that you take time to clean all gym equipment that you personally use before and after each stage of your fitness routine
Changing rooms will be available for members using the swimming pool. All gym and class users should arrive ‘gym ready’, please observe the maximum numbers in this area
Sauna and steam rooms remain closed
The spa pool is open for guests to use one at a time or same household
Drinking water will be available however members are encouraged to bring their own filled bottles where possible
Please use contactless debit or credit cards for any payments. No cash payments will be accepted
We are also pleased to confirm that our spa is now open for a select number of treatments and spa days. Individual treatments can be booked online and as always, must be booked and pre-paid in advance
Our spa retail products are available to purchase by contacting the spa direct for a pre-arranged pick up or visiting the spa
Finally, and vitally, do not come to the club if you feel at all unwell

Our Health Club is now closed until 26th April, in line with the latest government restrictions.
Our Jersey Health Clubs are now open and adhering to strict government guidance.
45-minute sessions must be booked in advance in order to use the Health Club and pool. You can book here.
From 10th May additional spa facilities will be allowed to open including saunas, steam rooms and Spa pools.
If you are a UK traveller we do require proof of a negative COVID-19 test prior to enjoying a spa treatment.
The Health Club at St Pierre Park is open and social distancing is not required.
If travelling to Guernsey a self-isolation period of 14 days is mandatory.
Elements of our service and some facilities have changed in response to Covid-19 and to ensure everyone’s comfort and safety whilst using the Spa. Please take a moment to read our current policies and measures in line with government guidelines and our current operating standards:
Spa treatments from 26th April and must be pre-booked here
Spa days and breaks bookable from 17th May
All spa treatments should be pre-booked, please do not arrive at the Spa without a booking
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your treatment start time - we will not be able to welcome you into the spa before this time
A mask must be worn on arrival and within the spa and only removed when directed in a treatment
On arrival to the Spa you will be asked to undertake a short Covid-19 screening check – entry to the Spa will not be permitted without this screening
Sanitisation stations will be available at the entrance and exit points to the Spa and throughout other areas of the club for your use
When you arrive at the Spa you will notice new signage and procedures relating to sanitisation and social distancing, please take time to familiarise yourself with these new procedures
During our first few weeks of opening our Relaxation Room will only be available for 30 minutes for post-treatment use
Club changing rooms will not be available for Spa guests - please take all your belongings into the treatment room with you
Water will be available however you are encouraged to bring your own filled bottles where possible
Prior to your Spa treatment, you will be asked to fill in our usual Spa consultation card plus some additional questions relating to Covid 19
If you would like to purchase some Spa products – please ask a member of the team and they will have them ready for you at reception prior to departure

As per the States of Jersey Government guidelines, face coverings for customers must be worn at all times (cloth masks, disposable masks, snoods, scarfs)
Finally, and vitally, do not come to the Spa if you feel at all unwell
Important information: Please note that the State of Jersey now operate a regional traffic light system for arrivals from the UK, France and Republic of Ireland. Travellers may be required to undergo a COVID-19 test on arrival or need to self-isolate for up to 10 days on arrival, depending on where they have travelled from. Travel declarations are also required. Please read the following guidelines before you travel:
Guests looking to book a Spa treatment must be able to present a negative Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) COVID-19 test result before a treatment can be performed.
