This Voucher is valid for 24 months from the day of purchase unless stated otherwise, but for security reasons cannot be redeemed within 72 hours of purchase.
The Voucher can be redeemed at the hotel(s) and/or spa(s) shown.
The Voucher may not be exchanged for cash and is non-refundable.
Each Voucher must be redeemed in full and no change will be given.
On the day of your booking, please bring your Gift Voucher with you and inform one of our team members that you wish to use it for payment prior to starting your experience.

Cancellation of a hotel spa day booking with less than 7 days’ notice will render the Voucher null and void.
