Every house has its Christmas traditions, and ours begin long before you arrive, as wreaths are made, festive dishes prepared, trees dressed and Champagne chilled for Christmas Eve.
For Christmas Stays from 24th - 27th December, each hotel follows its own traditions. One hotel may welcome carol singers before Champagne and canapés, while another may offer whisky tastings beside a roaring fire, Christmas film nights or live entertainment. Every Festive Escape outside of the three Christmas Days includes mulled wine on arrival, breakfast each morning, resort credit to enjoy during your visit and a room upgrade.
Our teams take care of the cooking, decorating and hosting, leaving you free to enjoy time together during this special time of year.

Booking terms
Book by 23 December 2026. Available for stays between 1 November and 29 December 2026. Full prepayment is required at the time of booking. Bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable, and no cancellations or amendments are permitted.
Package inclusions
The one-night package includes a £50 credit to use during the stay on eligible food and beverages or spa treatments, where available, plus a mulled wine on arrival. The two-night package includes a £75 credit to use during the stay on eligible food and beverages or spa treatments, where available, plus a mulled wine on arrival. The three-night package includes a £100 credit to use during the stay on eligible food and beverages or spa treatments, where available, plus a mulled wine on arrival.
Credit and mulled wine
The applicable credit and mulled wine are provided once per room, per stay, irrespective of the number of guests occupying the room or the number of nights booked. Mulled wine is available only to guests aged 18 or over. A non-alcoholic alternative can be provided on request.
The credit is provided once per room, per stay and must be used during the stay, before checkout. The credit may only be redeemed against eligible food and beverages and spa treatments available at the participating hotel at the time of the stay. Products, menus, treatments, opening hours and availability vary by hotel and are subject to availability.
Eligible food and beverage purchases must be made at participating hotel-operated outlets during the stay. Spa credit may only be redeemed against eligible spa treatments at hotels with spa facilities and cannot be used against spa retail products. Spa treatments are subject to availability and must be booked in advance.
The credit cannot be exchanged for cash, used to purchase retail products or gift cards, transferred to another booking or stay, or used after checkout. Any unused credit will be forfeited and cannot be refunded, transferred or carried forward. Where the cost of eligible food, beverages or spa treatments exceeds the available credit, the guest is responsible for paying the remaining balance.
Dining reservations
Afternoon tea and dinner reservations will be made in advance by the hotel team and are subject to availability. Preferred dining times cannot be guaranteed. The festive dinner will be selected from the menu specified by the participating hotel. Drinks are not included unless expressly stated as part of the package. Please advise the hotel of any allergies or dietary requirements before arrival. Menus and individual dishes are subject to availability and may be changed or substituted with suitable alternatives.
Other conditions
The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount or negotiated rate unless expressly stated. The offer and its individual elements have no cash value, and unused elements cannot be exchanged, transferred or refunded.
Use of health and leisure facilities is included where available and is subject to individual hotel opening hours, capacity restrictions and any advance booking requirements. Children’s swimming times may apply.
