L’Horizon Beach Hotel & Spa in St Brelade’s Bay, Jersey, is undertaking an exciting refurbishment of its health club & spa facilities.
Due for completion in May this year, the existing spa will be updated to include a wider range of state-of-the-art health, leisure and beauty treatment facilities.
To support the expansion, L’Horizon Beach Hotel & Spa, part of the award-winning Hand Picked Hotels collection of country house hotels across the UK, is embarking on a recruitment drive as they look to attract local talented staff interested in joining its team of beauty therapists.
As part of the £800,000 spa concept new and improved facilities will include three additional treatment rooms, a dedicated self-contained spa and relaxation area complete with ergonomic relaxation beds for up to twenty people, a sleep room with five beds, and two manicure and two pedicure stations. The fully equipped gym will also be extended to include a Power Plate and TRX suspension training. Existing features in the Spa & Health Club include an indoor 15 metre heated swimming pool, a spa pool, sauna & steam room with treatment rooms and summer terrace overlooking stunning St Brelade’s Bay.

L’Horizon Beach Hotel & Spa is located directly on the white sands of St Brelade’s Bay. Built in 1850, the hotel offers 105 bedrooms and three restaurants including a 2 AA rosette fine dining restaurant and a large beachfront terrace. L’Horizon is renowned for its fine, locally caught seafood, and serves fresh dishes that include purple lobster, all which have a modern French-British influence.
