Your Room
Internet access
To connect to our complimentary WiFi, simply open your settings and WiFi, choose HandPicked, and then follow the instructions in the browser that opens automatically. Should you require any assistance, reception will be happy to help.
Online newspapers and magazines
Enjoy a selection of digital newspapers and magazines as you stay with us. This selection can be accessed via the hotel Wi-Fi by clicking here.
Cleaning
Your room is cleaned daily, but if you would rather not be disturbed for any reason, please place the ‘Shh…I’m Sleeping’ door hanger on the outside of your door.
Towels
As part of our journey to develop more sustainable practices, we now wash your towels every other day. However, if you would like yours changed more frequently, simply pop your towel in the bath so that we know you would like it changed.
Dry cleaning and laundry
Dry cleaning is available on request. Please speak to reception or a member of the team so we can arrange this for you.
Check out time
We ask that you check out by 11.00am. If you would like to leave later, then please ask at Reception and we will try our best to accommodate your request.
Food and Drink
A selection of reservation times should have been arranged prior to your arrival, but in the event they have not, please contact one of the team.
Breakfast
You are welcome to have your breakfast either in your room, or in our restaurant. If you have not pre-arranged your preferences and timings, please contact reception who can arrange this for you.
Weekdays: 7am – 9.30am
Weekends: 8am - 10.30am
Earlybird breakfast is available on request for tea, coffee, and continental items. This can be arranged at reception.
The Conservatory:
Lunch: 12noon - 2.00pm
Afternoon Tea: 2.00pm - 4.30pm
Dinner: 6.30pm - 9pm
Lounge and Bar:
Open all day until late
Room service
If you wish to order room service, please call reception and we will happily take your order. Hot food available 10.30am - 10.00pm, cold sandwiches only after 10.00pm.
Mini Fridge
Please enjoy the complimentary Belu sustainable water. If you require alternative milk such as soy or oat, please contact reception.
Picnics
We would be delighted to prepare you a picnic so you can explore and soak up our beautiful grounds and gardens.
