The Winter Wine Dinner Collection

From the rolling hills of Kent and Hampshire’s New Forest, to the coasts of Guernsey and Jersey, these intimate evenings bring together exceptional wines, expertly paired cuisine, and the restful elegance of our country house and island hotels.
Savour the expressive cool-climate wines of Bird in Hand, the refined Ports of Quinta de La Rosa, artisanal Burgundy wine from La Croix de Brully, and the legendary Bordeaux blends of Château Angélus. Or sample the renowned Italian wines of our very own Villa Saletta, owned by Guy and Julia Hands, where passion and heritage shine through every bottle.
Each dinner will feature four exquisite courses and five different wines, with carefully curated menus designed to complement the individual wines selected. With live guidance from sommeliers and winemakers – including from acclaimed Master Sommelier and former UK Sommelier of the Year, Clément Robert* – and candlelit dining in historic settings, each of these evenings promises an unforgettable gastronomic experience.
