Health Club Membership - September and October 2021 Terms and Conditions
4 Week Trial:
- Mid week trial (Monday to Friday - full opening hours).
- Over 18 years only
- Trial must be activated at your chosen Hand Picked Hotel by 31.10.2021
- Trial prices vary from club to club
- One upfront payment
- Non-refundable and non-transferable
- No joining fee
- One 4 week trial per person only
- Facilities vary from site to site
- A health questionnaire must be completed prior to use of facilities
- Full Membership Terms and Conditions apply
- Covid 19 guidelines apply
- If Government guidelines change and your chosen club has to close, the remainder of your trial will be added to your trial once the club re-opens
- 30 days’ notice of cancellation (for those who continue onto direct debit membership after their trial)
Member Referral 2 Day Consecutive Guest Pass
- Guest does not have to be with the member when using the club
- Over 18 years only
- Full use of all club facilities
- Facilities vary from site to site
- One 2 day pass per 6 month period
- The pass is 2 consecutive days
- A health questionnaire must be completed prior to use of facilities
- Covid 19 guidelines apply
- Monday to Friday 7am to 7pm
- Passes must be pre-booked
1 Day Gym Guest Pass
- Use of the gym only
- Facilities vary from site to site
- Over 18 years only
- One 1 day pass per 6 month period
- A health questionnaire must be completed prior to use of facilities
- Covid 19 guidelines apply
- Monday to Friday 7am to 7pm
- Some facilities may be unavailable due to Covid guidelines
- Passes must be pre-booked
