This year’s Surrey Food Festival promises to be a culinary celebration of local food and drink so why not make a weekend of it and stay at the nearby Nutfield Priory Hotel & Spa and Woodlands Park Hotel.

If you consider yourself a foodie then make sure you plan to visit the Surrey Food Festival, which you will find at the Old Deer Park in Richmond-Upon-Thames.

In addition to over 100 local businesses showcasing an exquisite array of different food and drink for you to try, traders will also be on hand demonstrating and selling their products at the Market Place. And with a Kids Zone boasting a range of facilities, from arts and crafts to soft play and a bouncy castle, parents can leave their children for up to two hours with registered carers while they indulge themselves. In addition, a main stage will be playing host to several different acts, together with a number of different bars to compliment the cuisine on offer – there is certainly plenty to see and do over the course of the day.

With Nutfield Priory Hotel & Spa and Woodlands Park Hotel both within a 25 mile radius, why not make a weekend getaway of it and treat the family.

Nutfield Priory, our stunning Victorian mansion in Redhill, boasts a fabulous health club and spa making it a great place to relax and unwind following a day of sumptuous food and drink, while our unique country house hotel, Woodlands Park, near Cobham is only six miles from the Surrey Hills – perfect for working off those calories.

Going hand-in-hand with UK’s food festivals, both hotels have been awarded two AA rosettes for culinary excellence and offer great wine lists, as well as a superior brigade of chefs and private dining rooms.

We use locally-sourced ingredients where we can and all of our hotels grow their own herbs in the grounds, with some of them extending that to fruit and vegetables, as well as their own hives. Our chefs will also try to forage for any wild produce where they can.
