Your experience begins with a nutritious spa breakfast before your morning movement class. This class has been designed to energise you for the day ahead in the form of stretching and dance - embrace the freedom to really let loose!

Take this energy into your guided pilates session, set within beautiful, manicured grounds. Your pilates instructor has created a sequence to enhance the mobility and strength of all your major muscle groups, as well as homing in on posture, flexibility, strength, balance and body awareness.

By now you will have worked up quite an appetite. Select from a healthy lunch menu featuring the finest local ingredients, specially selected by our Head Chef.

This afternoon we slow the pace right down during a unique sound bowl therapy session, an ancient form of stress relief and meditation. Sink into the calming tones and vibrations of the singing bowls, and experience a state of complete tranquillity.

During your retreat, enjoy full use of the health club spa facilities. Why not relax by the pool, work out in our functional training zone, or sooth sore muscles in the sauna and steam room? You may also like to add a spa treatment or two to your day – we offer an extensive menu, from bespoke facials and hot stone massages, to luxury manicures and pedicures.

Please note that outdoor activities may be moved to more suitable locations during adverse weather conditions
