Rose-Fruit 

Ingredients

  • 150ml Pink grapefruit juice
  • 200ml Sparkling water 
  • Rosemary sugar syrup 
  • Finished with rosemary sprig & pink grapefruit wage

Method

Combine the grapefruit juice, sparkling water and rosemary syrup in a shaker over ice and stir. Pour into a tumbler glass over ice and garnish with the fresh rosemary and a wedge of grapefruit.

Homemade mint lemonade

Ingredients

  • 1 Fresh lime & 1 fresh lemon
  • 300ml Sparkling water 
  • 25ml Sugar syrup
  • Fresh mint leaves 
  • Finished with lime wage and mint sprig

 

Method

Muddle some fresh mint leaves in a shaker with the sugar syrup a 2 wedges of lime and 2 wedges of lemon. Add the sparkling water and stir. Pour into a highball glass over ice. Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint and some lime wedges.

Flowered Apple

Ingredients

  • 15ml Elderflower cordial 
  • 150ml Cloudy apple juice
  • 150ml Sparkling water
  • Pinch of ground cinnamon 
  • Finished with fresh apple slices

 

Method 

Combine the elderflower cordial, apple juice cinnamon in a shaker over ice and stir. Pour into a champagne flute and top up with sparkling water. Garnish with a fanned apple.
