An exciting new pop up experience is coming to The Atlantic Room at L'Horizon Beach Hotel & Spa from 8th - 30th March 2019. Open Tuesday - Saturday.

Executive Head Chef at L'Horizon Beach Hotel & Spa, Andrew Soddy, has drawn on his extensive travels and worked closely with his Bangladeshi-born Sous Chef Wali Islam to create a fabulous mix of modern British cuisine with Asian influences. 

The talented team have cooked up some mouth-watering dishes such as starters including butternut squash and lentil dhal soup served with soft poached egg and shredded naan bread.  

You’ll find sumptuous spices amongst the mains from turmeric and cumin coated sea bass fillet accompanied by Jersey potato chat and fennel ceviche to confit duck leg, saffron basmati, masala sauce and coriander.

Local produce is in abundance on this menu with delicious desserts like chilled cardamon rice pudding, caramel raisins, compressed apples and La Mare apple brandy syrup as well as Classic Farm Jersey ice cream. 

It won’t be around for long though, the pop up experience is only available until 30th March.
