Terms and conditions for free overnight stay vouchers
- Vouchers will be issued to January/February joiners in June 2017
- Qualifying joiners/members must have been a member on a direct debit or annual membership for a minimum 3 months to be eligible for their free overnight stay
- Qualifying joiners/members must be adults - 18 year of age or over
- One overnight stay voucher will be issued per joint memberships
- Overnight stays are not available to short term members. (Must be 12 months and over)
- Redemption of overnight stays are subject to availability at time of booking
- To be eligible for free overnight stay after 3 months member must not be in arrears
- Overnight stays cannot be transferred to another person or redeemed in cash – non transferable
- Overnight stay vouchers may not be used by cancelled members
- Overnight stay vouchers will be valid for 6 months
- Overnight stay vouchers may be redeemed at any Hand Picked Hotel June to November 2017 (excluding L’Horizon Beach Hotel & Spa, Grand Jersey Hotel & Spa and Rhinefield House Hotel where the booking window is restricted to between September and November 2017)
- Vouchers may only be used once
- To use a voucher members must still be a current member at time of redemption
- Member must have a valid current email address – as vouchers will be sent out via this channel
- Members should not be unsubscribed from the Hand Picked mailings/website
Redeeming your voucher
- Bookings must be made through Central Reservations on 0845 458 0901
- The voucher reference must be quoted at the time of booking
- The voucher must be presented to reception on arrival or you will be charged the full amount of the stay
- To redeem your voucher, you must be a current member at your health club at the time of using your overnight stay
- Your voucher is valid until expiry date for stays Sunday to Friday in a Classic Double or Twin room only and excludes Saturday evenings
- The voucher cannot be extended
- Bookings are subject to availability and exclude Bank Holidays, Christmas, New Year and Easter.
